RULES 

·         No participants can be part of more than 1 team & 1 team should have max. of two members.

·         There is no restriction in the number of teams from same college.

Submission of Abstract

§  Abstract has to be mailed in PDF or MS office Word format to pptdyuthi2013@gmail.com    with “Paper/Abstract submission” in the subject line.

§  Abstract should not exceed 1 page.

§  The front page of abstract should contain team member names, contact numbers, mail Id, name of College, Branch (EC/EEE/AE/ME).

§  The paper should be electrical or electronics related.   

§  After evaluation, best papers will be selected & eligible candidates will be informed through mail.

Presentation Rules

§  The eligible candidates should present only the submitted and selected paper during the event & changing of topics during event is not permitted.

§  1 soft copy (in USB/CD) & 3 hard copies of the paper(IEEE format) has to be submitted before the event.

§  Presentation should be in MS office PowerPoint format only.

§  Medium of presentation should be in English.

§  Total time allotted is 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min queries).

1. Each team can have maximum of 4 participants.

2. Preliminary round will be conducted according to the number of participants.

3. The event consists of four rounds.

4. The team that solves the mystery at the earliest with the best report wins the prize.

5. Judges decision will be final.
